1. Overview
Omni Analytics LLC (“Omni Analytics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Omni ClinAIde platform (the “Service”), an AI-assisted clinical decision-support tool intended for use by licensed clinicians. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email, professional role (NP, PA, fellow, attending), and organization affiliation.
- Authentication data: securely hashed credentials and session tokens managed by our cloud authentication provider.
- Clinical case data you enter: de-identified symptoms, history, lab results, and notes used to generate AI analysis. You agree not to enter directly identifying patient information (see our Terms of Service).
- Usage data: log data, IP address, browser type, and interaction events used for security and product improvement.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Service.
- Generate AI-assisted differential diagnoses, workups, and treatment pathways.
- Authenticate users and prevent abuse.
- Improve product quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Communicate with you about your account, security, and updates.
4. AI Processing
Case content you submit is sent to large language model providers (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) through enterprise APIs to generate clinical reasoning output. We configure these providers to disable training on your data where contractually available. Do not enter direct patient identifiers (PHI) into the platform.
5. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled cloud infrastructure with row-level security, encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), and encryption at rest. Access is limited to authenticated users and authorized administrators. See our Security & HIPAA statement for more detail.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: (a) infrastructure and AI subprocessors strictly to operate the Service; (b) authorities if required by law; and (c) successors in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
7. Retention
Account and case data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, audit, and quality purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
9. Children
The Service is intended for licensed clinicians and is not directed to children under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
